4 indicted for robbery & assault

Christina Mae Stover, 19, Robert Franklin Stover Jr., 23, both of Hurricane, Roland Leonard Tate II, 23, of St. Albans, and Justin Paxson, 20, of Hurricane, were indicted on charges that they beat a man, fracturing his skull, and then robbed him before leaving him on the side of the road.
