Sex offender indicted
A grand jury also indicted Patrick G. Moore, 41, of Poca on three counts of sexual assault and three counts of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian, in addition to possession of child pornography and failure to provide notice of registration changes as a registered sex offender.
Moore was also indicted on charges of fleeing in a vehicle and assaulting a Hurricane police officer after allegedly trying to run him over during a June 14 traffic stop.
