I always keep up on WV news and most stories don't have the mugshots with them so I hunt them up online and post them with the story. Bank robber back in prison

FAIRMONT — A convicted bank robber charged with holding up the Hi-Life Lounge on Fairmont’s East Side this summer is back in prison following a federal preliminary hearing last week.

Farmington resident Roy Franklin Hillberry II, 31, allegedly violated conditions of federal supervised release when he was charged with first-degree robbery for the Hi-Life Lounge incident in July.

Hillberry was convicted for federal bank robbery in 2004 in the Southern District Court of Ohio. He was sentenced to 51 months in prison to be followed by three years supervised release.
